How Do I Track My Order?

Order Confirmation Email: Once your order ships, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email sent to the email address that you provided at checkout. Click the "Track Your Order" button and you'll be able to follow your order all the way from our shipping center to your door.

Your Account: If you registered, you can also get order status info. by logging into your account and clicking the "VIEW" button in your order history. The "TRACK ORDER" link will be provided on the left side of the page.

NOTE: It may take around 24 hours for tracking info to display on the curriers websites.

How Do I Track My Order?

Domestic rates are based on order value and International rates are based on weight and destination. Once your information is added, you can create a shipping estimate within your shopping bag.

Returns: Every item we sell comes with our 30-day money back guarantee. If you would like to return a product for any reason, just send it back to us with your order number, full name, address and daytime phone number or include a copy of your email receipt within 30 days. How Do I Exchange A Product?

Exchanges: Every item we sell comes with our 30-day satisfaction Guarantee. If you would like to exchange it for any reason, just send it back to us with your full name, address and daytime phone number or include a copy of your order email within 30 days of delivery. Please also include a note and let us know if you would like another item in exchange.

There are no additional ground shipping and handling charges on exchanges (Express Delivery & International subject to S&H charges). Defective merchandise will be replaced immediately upon receipt of the defective product. We will re-ship the item back to you free of charge. *Please note that all returns must be received in original condition and that you are responsible for lost packages.

How Long Does It Take To Process an Order?

Most orders are processed within 24hrs, but some can take longer. *To save cardboard and packing materials, we sometimes hold backorders until whole order is complete. Orders placed on the weekend (Friday, Saturday or Sunday) are typically shipped out on Monday. If you need your stuff fast, choose the appropriate shipping speed at checkout or call us at 1-800-544-0355 (M-F, 9am-4pm EST) before you place your order.
